Amazing Confusing Package

So I've been on a bit of a no-buy lately. Trying to save money since I got laid off. So imagine my surprise when I got a package from Orly. I don't know how they got my address (never ordered from them before), or why they sent the package to me (is it a prize for something? Was it sent to review?), all I know is that I'm thrilled. They sent the whole Feel The Vibe collection of neons. On the packing slip in the "Bill To:" section, is Orly's address. I'm so so so confused. I wasn't contacted in advance about this, and there was no explanation in the box. Has this ever happened to anyone?? I emailed them to get to the bottom of this, I'll keep you guys updated.
